Do I need a special printer?
No. If your printer is connected to a Windows or Mac computer — USB or network — it works. We've tested it on every printer made in the last fifteen years, including that scrappy HP LaserJet from 2009.
How exactly does the customer pay?
UPI, directly to your bank. The QR shown to your customer is your VPA, with the order amount pre-filled. We don't sit between you and the money. You can also accept cash at the counter — the printer waits for your tap.
What if my internet drops?
Walk-in orders queue locally on your PC and resume the moment connectivity is back. Customers see a clear "we'll print when net is back" message instead of an error. We've spent a lot of time getting this right.
Can my QR be in a different city than my printer?
Yes — common for franchise owners. Each QR is bound to a shop, each shop to one or more printers. Orders route automatically. Useful for a college kiosk that prints at the main shop a lane away.
What happens after the free 3 months?
You stay on the Free plan (50 prints/month) automatically. No card on file, no surprise bill, no auto-charge. If you want to upgrade, you tell us. If not, you keep printing on Free forever.
How do I get my money?
It's already in your bank. UPI is instant — settlement happens before the customer puts their phone away. Printflow never holds your funds. Your monthly subscription is the only thing we charge.
